The Story

Situated along a golden stretch of Sentosa’s Siloso Beach, CSide comprises four venues; Coastes Beach Bar & Restaurant offers a rustic charm and casual, laid back beach vibes. This unique beachside restaurant has it all – from premium beers and house pour spirits and delicious beach cocktails to sumptuous beach food and desserts. Bikini Bar, the likes of which can be found in Bali emanates vibrant and upbeat tunes and boasts a range of ice-cold beers, cocktails and radio friendly tunes. Sister outlet Sand Bar, is an elegant and cosy beach hideaway complete with a mouthwatering fare of hearty grilled beach food and thirst quenching tipples whilst GlassHouse provides a cool respite for airconditioned, private events and parties.

With four different profit centres, it became a challenge to produce meaningful data analytics and reports. With Core360’s expertise and years of experience in the hospitality industry, they were tasked to tailor a solution to manage Coastes overall operations, from front of house to back office requirements.

CoreF&B as a FOH solution resolved all issues with cash management, refunds and e-wallet requirements as well as table management and kitchen ordering. E-menu and pay at table solutions were quickly adopted by staff and appreciated by customers as it took away the queue ordering system. What was great is the seamless way it integrated into accounting, reconciling daily revenue with banks, credit card merchants and inventory.

CoreF&B’s BOH and office/HQ systems comprising accounts, inventory and HR modules kept the movement of paperwork between outlet and HQ to a minimum and reduced costs in terms of manpower, logistics, time and effort. Inventory and recipe management became a breeze and the productive and efficient solutions met all their needs. In addition, Coastes was able to digitise all its purchase and invoice records, saving on storage costs for hardcopy evidence for audit and IRAS purposes. Expense claims and leave applications are submitted and approved electronically and records kept up to date in the system.
